Grrrr!

Can I just say how annoyed I am with Best Buy?! I cannot get our wireless internet set up on our computer, and they want me to pay them $80 just to talk to them. Even though we paid extra to buy the Geek Squad coverage, and it's obviously a problem with the computer. How annoying!!

  1. I would be more than ticked. I'd be tempted to go in there and make a big screaming scene and ask for my $80 back. It makes me mad how places like that think they can push you around when they all know the answer and could just tell you for free! Do you know anyone else who can do it?
